KEN MAH, CEO
|
Before getting the movie bug, Ken made his name as one of the world’s leading designers of search and rescue beacons. Now he is currently focused on overseeing the day to day operations of Infant Monster in his role as CEO, as well as acting as the corporate liaison to investors. He also acts as the company’s representative to most industry events outside of film festivals. If that wasn’t enough work, he is also overseeing pre-production of one of the company’s upcoming projects, “A-Hole: A Scientific Study of Jerks” and an untitled documentary on the bowel industry. Besides his interests in film production, Ken is an improviser with The Improvateers troupe in Halifax. His improv training started with some evening acting/improv classes and he has since honed his improvising skills with workshops by instructors from Toronto, Chicago, Boston, New York and Halifax. He has performed with The Improvateers in several productions including Humbug, Who Stole Christmas?, The Happy Bunnyland Show, Bass Ackwards and the Summer Showcase. In his spare time, Ken enjoys playing tennis, swing dance, contra dance and Polish Folkdance. He recently performed with the Pomorze Polish Folkdance Ensemble at the 13th World Congress of Polish Folkdancing in Rzeszow, Poland. |
